CanSat
Theory session on working principles, sensors, subsystems of satellites, types and uses, designing the structure, calculation, material selection, model making, recovery system, electronics, programming, deploying and analysis, simulation of satellite launching and data recovery.

3d Printing
Session on the 3d printing, working principals of various 3d printing machines, different types of 3d printer filaments, applications of 3d printer, designing 3d printer and assembling the parts, programming, and 3d printing.

Glider Making
Theory session on working principles, parts of gliders, designing, calculation, material selection, model making, techniques to fly a glider and competition.

RC Modeling
Theory session on working principles, types and parts of quadcopter And its uses. Designing, calculation, material selection, model making, Techniques to fly a drone, electronics, flying and competition.

Quad Copters
Astro Space Camp is the flagship outreach program of SSERD for school students (6-16 years of age). The Astro Space Camp is organized twice every year (summer and winter). We have also organized camps for schools, residential associations and private institutions at request.

Theory session on origin of universe, early stage theories and astronomical events, the formation of star, constellations, exo-planets,black holes, types of orbits, etc.

Theory session on working principles, purpose, types of telescopes and uses, designing the telescope, calculation, material selection, telescope making and testing.

Sky Gazing
Session on astronomical telescope, how to calibrate and use it. Usage of mobile apps and software’s to find the objects in the sky. Star gazing at the night time, observing the surface of moon, and the planets [venus, mars, jupiter, and saturn].

HAM Radio
Theory session on working principles, sensors, antennas, subsystems of satellites, morse code, satellite communication, power source, coding, tracking satellites and iss, guidance on getting ham radio license.
